2. The feature design.
The feature is drawn up and again shown to the customer before signing off the required design and size spec's.
A final check of the area and explanation of the build and an expected start date.
This is the stage to make any change's you want before building/fabrication start's.

3. The build start's.
Due to the cost of materials for your chosen design and to protect ourselves from loss we require a 1/3 payment of the agreed price before the build/fabrication can start.
you will NOT be asked for anything else until the build is complete and signed off by the customer.

4. Enjoy your new addition.
On completion of the build we double check the install and make sure the area is tidy from materials used by Water-Additions.
This is where you can sit back and enjoy your idea in the knowledge that your new addition is a unique to you creation.
